Can the new Baltic airline company outrivel SAS or Norwegian?

Lithuanian Prime Minister A.Butkevicius during his stay in Estonia in 2013 january, said that it would be interesting for the all three Baltic countries to have their own airline company. "I propose the creation of aviation company to carry out a joint project and be able to financially survive, because of having the airline, which, for example, can work profitably only in Lithuania - it is hardly imaginable." Spoke A.Butkevicius.   Lithuania had the aviation company, not too long ago, that went bankrupt. It should be noted that both Latvia and Estonia have their own airlines. But both of them are unprofitable. Latvia is  looking currently for a strategic investor in loss-making airlines "airBaltic". With the growing losses of "Estonian Air" also started discussions in Estonia on "Estonian Air"'s future.
